If your course already has regular Distance Education approval, and you would not want it any different in an emergency (i.e. approved for regular Distance Education fully online and hybrid, in an emergency fully online and hybrid are acceptable) there is no need to fill out an Emergency Distance Education addenda as the regular Distance Education addenda will allow for the remote instruction.
