COURSES
COURSE SUBMISSION
All courses must be reviewed every 6 years. Reviews must be completed by Cluster Technical Review Committees (CTRC). Course work and forms are completed in the Student Information System (SIS).
- FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED IN SIS
Forms that NO LONGER NEED TO BE FILLED OUT
As long as the date that the CTRC was held is entered into the Curriculum Course Submission Form these two forms are no longer needed.
- Cluster Technical Review Committee (CTRC) form
- Changes to Existing Course
Forms that must be filled out:
- Some type of ‘course action’ form depending on the type of action, these include:
- New Course or Reinstatement Proposal
- Inactive Course Request
Changes to Existing Course(NO LONGER NEEDED)
Forms that need to been filled out under certain conditions:
- Content Review Form
These form(s) are only required for courses with requisites and advisories. One form needs to be filled out for each requisite or advisory course - Limits on Enrollment
This form is required only if there's some special condition that must be met before a student can enroll (cohorts, audition, apprenticeship, tryouts etc.) - Environmental Health and Safety
This form is required only if the course includes 1. chemicals 2. blood or 3. dangerous machinery
Courses that seek GE:
UC Courses must complete all three forms, CSU only need the two applicable forms of these forms before it can go to Articulation for GE Review:

This is handled through Canvas, I’ll enter this in after faculty complete the necessary forms in Canvas.
